Upon submitting your complete registration packet, you will be sent an invitation to register for Brightwheel, our preschool management platform.
All Payments must be made via automatic ACH or credit/debit/FSA card transactions on Brightwheel. ACH (bank transfer) transactions incur no additional fee. For credit, debit, and FSA card payments, payors are assessed a 2.75% transaction fee. Cash and checks are not accepted.
Monthly
Tuition paid monthly is due on the first business day of the month, for the following month (e.g. October tuition is paid October 1st)
Semi-annual
Receive a 3% discount by paying semi-annually. Semi-annual payments are due in two equal installments on September 1st, and February 1st.
Annual
Receive a 5% discount by paying annually. Full annual tuition is due on September 1st.
Lunch Bunch/Stay & Play and late pick up fees are billed on the first of each month for usage in the preceding month.
Late payments will be assessed a $50 fee after the first day late, due no later than five (5) days after the initial due date of the overdue statement.
