How tuition is billed and paid at Kensington Preschool.
Upon submitting your complete registration packet, you'll be sent an invitation to register for Brightwheel, our preschool management platform. All payments are made through Brightwheel.
Card payments (credit, debit, FSA) are assessed a 2.75–3.5% transaction fee. ACH bank transfers carry no additional fee.
Pay further in advance and save — semi-annual and annual plans both come with a built-in discount.
Tuition is due on the first business day of the month, for the following month (e.g. October tuition is paid October 1st).
Two equal installments, due September 1st and February 1st.
Full annual tuition due in one payment on September 1st.
Morning Bunch, Lunch Bunch/Stay & Play, and late pick-up fees are billed on the first of each month for usage in the preceding month.
A $25 fee is assessed after the first day late. Payment is due no later than five days after the initial due date on the overdue statement.
